violet-spring began in 2018 when founder Eleanor Matthews noticed a troubling pattern: bright, capable people struggling with basic financial decisions simply because no one had ever taught them how money works.
After twenty years in corporate finance, Eleanor shifted her focus to education. She assembled a team of professionals who shared her belief that financial literacy should not be a privilege reserved for the wealthy or the lucky.
Today, we operate from our centre in Liverpool city centre, serving families, professionals, and retirees from across Merseyside. Our approach combines rigorous content with approachable teaching, ensuring every student leaves with knowledge they can actually use.
